Ordering/ Frequently Asked Questions

How do I order a cake?

The easiest way to order a cake is to fill out the order form here.  Please be as specific as possible, so we have enough information to process your request. You are always encouraged to call and email your orders as well.

You will then be contacted to discuss your order and set-up a consultation if needed.

This doesn't guarentee that we will be available on the date of your event. This is a studio, and I can only take on a certain amount of orders per week. That way, I can dedicate the proper amount of time and attention to each cake so that everyone recieves the best cake possible.

Please Note: That all custom cake orders are not placed until a deposit is recieved.

How much do your cakes cost?

Since all of our cakes are custom, and unique to each client, there are no set prices. The price of cakes are based on serving size, complexity of design and detail, and the flavor of cake.

We are happy to work with your event budget, and encourage you to contact us to discuss options.

Do you offer cake tastings?

Yes, of course! Cake tastings are available for $25, and this includes three flavors. The small fee will be applied to your balance when you book your order with us.

There will be an additional fee of $5 on each additional flavor, or any of the signature flavors (*) that are marked with the symbol.

Each cake sample is baked fresh... therefore, all cake tastings must be ordered at least 1 week in advance and pre-payment is required.

What is your payment policy?

All orders require a 50% deposit in order to reserve the date and time of your event. The remaining balance will be due on the day of the event. (The deposit will be non-refundable if you cancel 1 week before the event).

Wedding cakes require a 50% deposit, and the balance will be due 2 weeks before the date.

We accept cash, credit cards or debit cards by clicking on the PayNow button.

How far in advance should I place my order?

As soon as you know you want a cake. Bookings are made on the first come, first pay basis. We are a cake studio, and are limited in the amount of events we can handle each week.

We encourage at least 2 weeks in advance for Specialty/Celebrations Cakes, and 2  months in advance for Wedding cakes.

Each cake is custom from start to finish, which means we have no pre-made cakes for sale, and cannot not complete cake orders the day of.

If you want to place an order that is not within the timeframe, please don't hesitate to contact us, as we do have last minute openings.

Do you deliver?

We do deliver and have delivery fees. Please contact us or call to inquire about fees.

While it is not a problem to pick-up your own cake, self-transporting any cake is at your own risk. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for any damage that may occur to any client transport cake once it has left our studio.

Do you ship your cakes?

Unfortunately, we do not ship cakes at this time..

Do your cakes taste as good as the look?

Absolutely!!!!! All cakes are made fresh with high quality ingredients, which result in a very delicious cake..
